Welcome to our club website!
Gold Rush Guides is a Sacramento-area puppy raising club dedicated to raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, Inc.
Our members range in age and experience but we all share a common goal: To nurture a puppy into one day becoming the eyes of a blind/visually impaired individual.

Pupdate
Female black lab "Ramona" joined Gold Rush Guides in November as our club's newest puppy.
Greeley graduated as a guide dog on November 8, 2008. Congratulations to his raisers and good luck to Greeley and his new partner!
Rhea and Kimora were career changed in October. Rhea will be placed by her raisers and Kimora will be placed by GDB
Heaven joined fellow Gold Rush Guides puppies Barossa, Brisco, Rosita, and Samantha for formal training the weekend of October 25-26.
Chevone is currently in phase one of her training to be a diabetic detection dog for Dogs4Diabetics
